Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by XD Mission Detailing LLC ("XD Mission," "we," "us"), a mobile auto detailing company serving Hampton Roads, Virginia. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Booking and deposits

A $40 deposit is required to reserve most appointments. The deposit secures your date and time and is applied to your total. Deposits are non-refundable, except when we cancel or cannot complete your appointment, in which case your deposit is refunded in full.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Please give at least 24 to 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. We may reschedule because of weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control, and we will always offer you the next available opening.

Pricing

Quoted prices are based on the vehicle size and condition you describe. If the vehicle's condition is significantly different when we arrive (for example, heavy pet hair, set-in stains, mold, or excessive dirt), we will explain any additional charge and get your approval before doing extra work. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

Payment

The remaining balance is due when the service is complete. We accept card, cash, Zelle, and Cash App.

Your vehicle

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please make sure we have access to the vehicle and a safe area to work.

Existing conditions and results

We inspect and photograph vehicles before starting. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, chips, worn or faded surfaces, loose trim, or failing seals. Some stains, odors, scratches, and water spots cannot be fully removed; we will always do our best and be honest about expected results.

Our guarantee

If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will make it right.

Photos

We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle and use them in our marketing. We never show license plates, personal information, or your home address. Let us know if you'd prefer your vehicle not be featured.

Text messages

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from XD Mission Detailing, such as confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
